  • We strictly adhere to the legal age and consent requirements as per Indian Law.

3. Prohibition of Sex Determination (PCPNDT Act)

We strictly follow the PCPNDT Act. We DO NOT perform, support, or promote sex determination or gender selection tests. Any inquiry regarding such illegal activities will be strictly rejected and reported to the authorities.

4. Appointment and Consultation

  • Appointments booked through the website are subject to availability.

  • The final decision to proceed with any medical procedure rests with the consulting doctor after a physical examination and review of medical history.

5. Patient Confidentiality

We maintain 100% confidentiality for all our patients. However, medical records may be shared with government authorities if legally mandated under the MTP Act or other prevailing laws of India.

6. Limitation of Liability
